Design

The design features a dynamic striped pattern that plays with varying shades of teal, turquoise, and subtle earth tones. This rhythmic arrangement creates a sense of movement along the runner, making it an ideal choice for elongating the appearance of hallways and narrow spaces.

The overall aesthetic is inspired by organic colour palettes, allowing the vibrant threads to blend harmoniously. It brings a calm, grounded energy to your floors while maintaining a playful, modern edge through its rich colour transitions.

This runner is carefully hand-woven by skilled artisans in India, a process that requires patience and steady hands. Each thread is interlaced with precision, creating a balanced and resilient structure that showcases the human effort behind the final design.

The creation of this runner involves a time-intensive process where artisans work on manual looms to achieve the perfect tension and weave. This dedication to craft ensures that every piece is built to endure, reflecting a level of care and detail that defines our commitment to quality.

By choosing a hand-woven piece, you are investing in a tradition of skill that has been refined over generations. The time required to weave each runner by hand results in a product with a distinct character and a tactile quality that brings a calm, human element into your living environment.

Care & Fair

We are proud to be part of the organization CARE & FAIR. Their mission is to improve the living conditions of carpet weavers in India and their families through education and health

Maintenance

To prevent shading and uneven wear, frequently rotate your rug.
Use a conventional hoover instead of a robotic cleaner to prevent any damage to the rug.
If you discover a loose thread on your rug, use scissors to gently cut it off. Avoid pulling the thread to prevent damage.
Shake the rug outdoors to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Installation

Fold marks may occur during transport. This is not a manufacturing defect and is easy to remedy. Simply turn your rug over, roll it tightly, and leave it for a few hours. Finally, lay out your rug and wait a few days until your rug lays flat against the floor.
As you unpack your new rug, you may notice a slight smell, which is due to the rug being tightly packed during transport. This is normal and will go away after a few days.
Make sure your floor is completely dry before placing the rug.
We recommend using an anti-slip mat with this rug, as color migration may occur onto light-colored floors.
Please be aware that trapped dirt, dust, or dampness under a rug may cause marks or scratches on sensitive floors.

Care instructions

Do this

Address spills promptly to minimize staining. Blot the affected area gently with a damp, undyed cloth—never rub, as this may embed the stain further into the fibers. Protect the floor beneath the rug by ensuring it's properly covered during the cleaning process.
We recommend that you use Rugvista Stain Remover for this type of rug.
For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend you contact a professional rug cleaner.

Avoid this

Do not wash
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
