2. Your full billing and delivery address.

3. Your phone number.

4. Valid proof of your VAT exemption (see below).

    

Accepted proof of VAT exemption

To qualify for VAT-free purchasing, we require one of the following documents:

• Diplomatic passport

• Diplomatic or NATO ID card

• Official letter of tax exemption

• Embassy letter on official letterhead

• Email confirmation from "Diplomatic Card Services BV" or a similar authority

Once we have received and verified your proof, our Customer Service team will help you complete your VAT-free order.

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, you may still be able to cancel it.

You can request a cancellation in two ways:

1. Log in to the “My account” section on our website and select the order you wish to cancel. If your order is still eligible for cancellation, a cancellation button will be available.
2. Alternatively, use the link in your order confirmation email. Below your order details, click “Return product(s)” and select “Cancellation” as the reason.

Once your order has been successfully cancelled, your payment will be cancelled automatically. If you have already been charged, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still return your rug within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our return policy. Simply use the link in your order or shipping confirmation to arrange your return.
