Manutenzione

Per evitare variazioni di tonalità e un'usura irregolare, ruota frequentemente il tappeto.
Per evitare di danneggiare il tappeto, utilizzare un aspirapolvere convenzionale anziché un robot aspirapolvere.
Se scopri un filo allentato sul tappeto, usa le forbici per tagliarlo delicatamente. Evitare di tirare il filo per evitare danni.
Tappeto adatto all'uso con riscaldamento a pavimento (max. 27°C).
Potresti notare una leggera perdita di pelo sul tuo tappeto: è del tutto normale e un segno dell'alta qualità delle sue fibre naturali. La perdita di pelo diminuirà gradualmente nel tempo e non comprometterà la qualità o la durata del tappeto. Passare regolarmente l'aspirapolvere con un'aspirazione delicata e spazzolare occasionalmente aiuterà a gestire le fibre sparse e a mantenere il tuo tappeto bello per anni a venire.
Scuotere il tappeto all'aperto per rimuovere lo sporco o i detriti in eccesso.

Installazione

Per maggiore sicurezza, stabilità e protezione del pavimento, si consiglia di utilizzare un tappetino antiscivolo sotto il tappeto (venduto separatamente).
Mentre disimballi il tuo nuovo tappeto, potresti notare un leggero odore, dovuto al fatto che il tappeto è stato imballato strettamente durante il trasporto. Questo è normale e scomparirà dopo pochi giorni.
Assicurati che il pavimento sia completamente asciutto prima di posizionare il tappeto.
Il tappeto è sensibile all'umidità, che può causare il restringimento o lo scolorimento delle fibre (ad esempio, ingiallimento). Per evitare ciò, evitare di posizionare il tappeto in aree soggette a umidità o schizzi.
Si prega di notare che sporco, polvere o umidità intrappolati sotto un tappeto possono causare segni o graffi sui pavimenti delicati.

Si consiglia di utilizzare lo smacchiatore Rugvista solo sulle parti in lana del tappeto, non su quelle in viscosa.
Pulire solo le macchie.
Risolvere prontamente le fuoriuscite per ridurre al minimo le macchie. Tamponare delicatamente la zona interessata con un panno asciutto e non tinto, senza mai strofinare, perché questo potrebbe far penetrare ulteriormente la macchia nelle fibre.
Per le macchie difficili da rimuovere, ti consigliamo di contattare un professionista della pulizia dei tappeti per ricevere assistenza.
