Manutenção

Para evitar variações de cor e desgaste irregular, gire o tapete com frequência.
Use um aspirador de pó convencional em vez de um aspirador robótico para evitar danos ao tapete.
Se você descobrir um fio solto no tapete, use uma tesoura para cortá-lo com cuidado. Evite puxar a linha para evitar danos.
Para manter a qualidade do seu tapete, evite deixá-lo úmido por muito tempo sem garantir que ele seque completamente. Isso ajudará a proteger tanto o tapete quanto a superfície abaixo dele.
Agite o tapete ao ar livre para remover qualquer excesso de sujeira ou detritos.

Instalação

Para maior segurança, estabilidade e proteção do piso, recomendamos o uso de uma base antiderrapante sob o tapete (vendida separadamente).
Marcas de dobra podem ocorrer durante o transporte. Este não é um defeito de fabricação e é fácil de remediar. Basta virar o tapete, enrolá-lo bem e deixá-lo por algumas horas. Por fim, estenda o tapete e espere alguns dias até que ele fique plano no chão.
Ao desembalar o seu novo tapete, você poderá sentir um leve cheiro, que se deve ao fato de o tapete estar bem embalado durante o transporte. Isso é normal e desaparecerá após alguns dias.

Para manchas difíceis de remover, recomendamos que você entre em contato com um limpador de tapetes profissional para obter assistência.
Lave o tapete regularmente com uma mangueira de jardim e, se necessário, use um detergente de louça suave. Pendure o tapete ou coloque-o em um local elevado para secar completamente.
