Harri - A Foundation of Calm for Your Home

Bring a sense of understated balance to your living space with this versatile and soft rug, designed to offer comfort and practicality in every room.

The Harri rug serves as a versatile foundation for any room, offering a clean and calm aesthetic that complements a wide range of interiors. Its soft texture provides a welcoming feel underfoot, making it an excellent choice for areas where you want to encourage relaxation and comfort.

Crafted from durable materials, this rug is designed to stand up to the demands of everyday life while maintaining its appearance. The construction ensures that it is not only pleasant to walk on but also helps to soften the acoustics in a room, creating a more peaceful environment.

Practicality is at the heart of this design, as it is fully compatible with underfloor heating systems. This makes it a perfect addition to modern homes, ensuring that you can enjoy both warmth and style during cooler months without any concerns.

This rug is also conveniently washable and fully reversible, giving you more options for placement and easier maintenance. Whether placed in a busy hallway or a quiet bedroom, it provides a reliable, high-quality solution that is built to last.

Design

This rug features a clean and structured look, defined by its uniform appearance and soft, neutral tone. The design focuses on simplicity, allowing the texture to speak for itself without the need for busy patterns.

The light grey colour is neutral and adaptable, making it easy to integrate into your existing decor. Its understated presence helps to ground a space, providing a cohesive look that feels both fresh and inviting.

Each Harri rug is carefully hand woven by skilled artisans in India. This traditional method requires a steady hand and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every piece is crafted with care and precision.

The process of hand weaving involves a significant amount of time and human effort, as artisans work on the loom to create a consistent and durable structure. This dedication to craft is what gives the rug its distinct character and long-lasting quality.

By choosing a hand woven piece, you are supporting traditional techniques that have been refined over generations. The result is a rug that feels personal and considered, standing apart from mass-produced alternatives through its unique construction.

100% Polyester

Polyester is a popular synthetic fibre used in the textile industry thanks to its durability, lightness, and resistance to stains and moisture. Polyester rugs are typically durable, making them suitable for high-traffic areas. They have a nice sheen that gives a luxurious and soft impression to the room.

Maintenance

To prevent shading and uneven wear, frequently rotate your rug.
Use a conventional hoover instead of a robotic cleaner to prevent any damage to the rug.
If you discover a loose thread on your rug, use scissors to gently cut it off. Avoid pulling the thread to prevent damage.
To maintain the quality of your rug, avoid leaving it damp for a long time without ensuring that it dries completely. This will help protect both the rug and the surface beneath.
Shake the rug outdoors to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Installation

Fold marks may occur during transport. This is not a manufacturing defect and is easy to remedy. Simply turn your rug over, roll it tightly, and leave it for a few hours. Finally, lay out your rug and wait a few days until your rug lays flat against the floor.
As you unpack your new rug, you may notice a slight smell, which is due to the rug being tightly packed during transport. This is normal and will go away after a few days.
Make sure your floor is completely dry before placing the rug.
We recommend using an anti-slip mat with this rug, as color migration may occur onto light-colored floors.

Washing instructions

Do this

Handwash
Address spills promptly to minimize staining. Blot the affected area gently with a damp, undyed cloth—never rub, as this may embed the stain further into the fibers. Protect the floor beneath the rug by ensuring it's properly covered during the cleaning process.
We recommend that you use Rugvista Stain Remover for this type of rug.
For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend you contact a professional rug cleaner.

Avoid this

Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
